A simple plugin for CS2 to Restart round ( !rr ) and Restart Game ( !r1 ). You need CSTRIKESHARP to run this plugin on your CS2 server.

SteamWorks.ext is required by this plugin and this module doesn't work on css v34

I'm using the .smx compiled with 1.10 or 1.9 and it's working. Does it crash the server later?
