The language system was introduced. Added turn off items to be sent for Webhook from language file. Drop names will be determined according to the country code determined from the CFG. Added "sm_updatedropallitems" command to refresh the Drop list after language change. For new Cvars you need to change the file. You should also apply the command to make the drop names according to your country.
