Что за бред в футере

Ребят скажите что это за ерунду пишет в футере системы банов

Я вот сидел читал, перезагружаешь страницу и новая запись, такое ощущение что система банов в этой строке какой-то чат парсит от куда-то.
Для чего эта строка вообще нужна, чтобы бред этот читать?

я подозреваю, что изначально эта строчка видимо внедрялась для того, что бы информировать о каких-то обновлениях в прямом эфире, так скажем, но сейчас я вижу что не по назначению используется

Если не нравится, можно вырезать это. В файле page_footer.tpl (судя по всему) нужно удалить строку:

<div id="footquote">{$SB_QUOTE}</div>

В общем не успокоился я, захотелось все таки разобраться. откуда эти цитаты берутся.
и оказалось все очень просто, они прописаны в файле ..\includes\system-functions.php
В этом блоке:
