[CS GO] Reload same weapon function

Hello all, who can help me with one simple plugin for cs:go? Example: I have m4a1-s in my hand in game and I want a function to delete this weapon and give me another same weapon(m4a1) with same bullets. I want to use this function in my plugin for weapons paints because skins change only after I die or I buy new same weapon!
I will adapt this function in my plugin.
