HellTags - Player Sets His Own Tags v1.0

DESCRIPTION
With this plugin, certain players can sets their own tags in chat and tab.
To acces the HellTags Commands you can choose from:
- Setting an adminflag which is required to acces the commands. (Default: ADMFLAG_CUSTOM6)
- Setting the DNS benefit. Player requires to have the DNS in his name (ex. KENOXYD #GO.SERVERNAME.COM) in order to acces the command.

I'm thinking about adding more features to this plugin, does anyone have any suggestions?

Add versions [VIP] and [SHOP], i think. May be also make version with tag by SteamID.
PS: What means "DNS"?

DNS = Domain Name Server - More precisely , players can join your server using "connect GO.EXAMPLE.COM" in console
I'll add the SteamID implementation first and see how it goes. Feedback equals more attention & dedication from me :D

Added Flag & SteamID Support + Chat And Scoreboard Custom Tags

Added a config file where you can set tags with steamid of flags.
Added a menu to enable and disable tags.
