If you say that the plugin automatically issues a punishment permanent, maybe the variable is already set in the script and you just need to edit and recompile the plugin?

That why i asked help because I couldnt locate it myself, i tried to look at source code but couldnt find it, when Ill be home I will try to check again myself but if someone could point me where i can find it I would appreciate
