Здесь перенос строки. Плагин - владелец строки использует csgo_colors.inc (multicolors.inc) ?
Просто сам csgo_colors.inc при парсе наступает на свои же грабли, заменяя бинд {GRAY} на символ переноса строки, и ломает цельное сообщение на части

Update v3.0.6

- Теперь снапшот палитры делается единожды, а не каждый раз, когда требуется заменить/убрать цвета.
- Пересмотр участков кода
- Теперь BIND_PREFIX_CO имеет значение \x03 = командный по умолчанию. Его отсутствие вызывало покраску BIND_PREFIX цветом, который использовал BIND_TEAM (не во всех случаях).

поставил ccp core + vip chat + custom chat выставил такие же приоритеты что и раньше до обновления на ласт версию но custom chat перебивает vip chat и пишет всегда игрок или root

Update 3.1.2 - late fix

- Исправлена замена командного цвета на командные маркеры движком игры, в режиме соревновательный ([CCP] Color Chat Processor)

В чем суть
Репликация консольной переменной отправителю исправляет отображение лишь для отправителя, а на для всех его адресатов.
Данный апдейт исправляет эту проблему.

- Изменены переводы
- Обновлены конфиги

* - Обработчик полноценно формирует вид сообщения по-умолчанию.
Гибкая конфигурация каждой части сообщения вынесена в файлы перевода.
Опциональные части помечены (optional) - означает, что реализация части может быть упущена без внутренних ошибок.
Обязательные части могут не иметь значения по-умолчанию, если они не требуются
