Help with VIP System

I try to setup R1kos VIP System but i wouldnt get running this [ANY] Basic Reserved Slots using Connect (11.08.2016) - AlliedModders i would like to have like that.

I need Prefix | Reserved Slots thats all.

Anyone help me?

HLMod Google Search I did not find. Perhaps there is no such module

I think there is no module, which can give what you want. R1ko's VIP gives only access to features, not flags.
There is two of them, but they gives flags only after player connected:
[VIP] Admin - you can try this one, could work
[VIP] Admin Privileges - this one 100% didn't work like that, i tested some time ago.
