@AlmazON, спасибо большое все работает. Кроме одного пункта, если прописываешь mp_restartgame, то сервер все равно крашится.

@AlmazON, я ошибся с версиями поставил не ту. Все работает, только при рестарте mp_restartgame, сервер ложится.

Все еще работает
Было бы неплохо, если бы прикрутили к этому плагину возможность делать сообщения цветными , о подключении и отключении игрока, когда админ скрывает свое присутствие
и еще ошибка или может не ошибка, если написать !stealth и не зайди за наблюдателей, то просто уничтожает чат такими вот сообщениями Xd
