А потери с сервером у тебя есть? Если есть то дело в них, а не с плагинами.

Установил [EXTENSION] cURL & Hash
[EXTENSION] SteamTools - SteamWorks for SourceMod
перезарустил сервер
пишу в консоли sm exts list
Опять тоже самое выдаёт
