Voice exploit fix in windows

hello guys,
there is just some voice exploit fixes in linux like Processcmd, iptables and ...
but what about windows ??cuz i really love windows servers
is there anyone know how to analyzing voice exploit packets and block it with mikrotik firewall in windows ??
or write an extension like processcmd but for windows servers ???

{there is some examples like Dosattackfix, Dosprotect or zBlock}

if u do want create yourself an a extension, can copile a sniffer packets function (like wireshark) and search cohincidence in the packets stream. i have an little program that dump winsock info, is very interesting and was wrote in c. good luck.
