Кстати стим игроки тоже не могут свои скины теперь ставить.

Может быть из-за No steam info? Обновил его до 1.1

Вам проще откатить No-Steam-Info до 1.0 , или можете поискать почему не получает стим ид

когда должен быть pPlayer->GetSteamId()
