On my server the skins doesn't work :(

my friend has a similar problem, but his standard weapons do not work, that is, he replaced, for example, AUG with M4A1_S and when he buys from him, he buys AUG xd
he has this problem only on custom servers)

They work just fine. The issue appears to be happening if you dont change map for a while, that said those skins that you own dont show up.
By forcing the map to change every time match ends with cvars such as

mp_match_end_changelevel "1"
mp_match_end_restart "0"

should fix it.
Although you should set up a map pool for that to work too.
