Скорость закачки по FTP

Ребят, может кто-нибудь знает. как увеличить скорость закачки по FTP?
Операционка: Debian
FTP сервис: proftpd
Скорость закачки низкая, примерно 160 kb/s, хотя если скачивать по ftp то скорость идеальная.

MELAF, у ФТП квоту, он же канал.

видимо где то ограничение стоит,
к примеру я закидываю карту на сервер по FTP скорость 160
беру вторую карту закидываю вторым потоком, скорость и здесь тоже 160
беру еще 10 карт. и каждую закидываю отдельным потоком, у каждого потока скорость 160
При этом карты заливаются одновременно. тоесть в 12 потоков.
Может так понятнее будет

Ну, измени квоту. Квота, ширина канала, огранка, как хочешь. Если есть доступ к главному конфигурационному файл - там меняй. Нет - проси провайдера изменить.

Ну как бы по идее Download нормальный, а Upload - нет. Так понятнее?

Автору: Можешь конфиг proftpd скинуть? Или нет прав?

Ну, измени квоту. Квота, ширина канала, огранка, как хочешь. Если есть доступ к главному конфигурационному файл - там меняй. Нет - проси провайдера изменить.

дак в том то и дело, что я и спрашиваю. что именно где. прописать или изменить, так как сам не могу найти
